Our yoga teacher Claudia, sister of Ritzenhof host Martina, has been delighting guests with inspiring yoga classes for several years. Her focus is on hatha yoga, which uses gentle asanas and breathing exercises to promote inner balance.
The energetic yoga sessions are part of the free vitality plan at Ritzenhof – an invitation for everyone to find a new body awareness and deep serenity.

Stand-up-Yoga
Stand-up yoga on Lake Ritzensee combines balance, mindfulness and nature in a unique way. This special yoga practice on a paddleboard strengthens your balance and challenges your deep muscles, while the fresh mountain air and gentle gliding on the water give you a feeling of freedom.
