Awarded with the Salzburg Ecolabel

The Ritzenhof has been awarded the Salzburg Ecolabel for the construction of a CO2-neutral biomass heating plant with expansion into a micro-network for district heating and thus a significant reduction in climate-damaging emissions, as well as for the realization of full thermal insulation of the entire hotel and thus a reduction in heat loss.

You experience “family” as soon as you arrive. You are shown to your room and told a few things about the house on the way. The panorama is stunning and the frozen lake is perfect for ice skating. The evening menus are excellent and the wine cellar is well stocked. And if the weather doesn't play along, a spacious spa area invites you to relax. I didn't find anything that I could have missed.

For the 3rd time as a guest at the Ritzenhof, where you can really feel at home! EVERYTHING in the house (rooms, restaurant, lounges, spa area) is spotlessly clean, clear lines in the furnishings and yet cozy! The cuisine is a real highlight – every dish is a poem! The warmth of the host family is palpably genuine, and the entire staff “live” the same values! We will definitely be back!

A premium class hotel! The vacation was a real highlight. Clean and modern rooms, gourmet dinner, very extensive and individual breakfast and an excellent spa. Absolute cleanliness everywhere. The friendly boss runs the hotel very carefully, is committed and responds to customer requests immediately. It is rare to find such outstanding hotels in Austria!
